Three men wearing masks and hoodies and armed with hammers broke glass cases at a jewelry store in West Covina tonight and made off with an unspecified amount of jewelry, according to multiple reports.
The robbery took place in the Plaza West Covina Mall at 112 Plaza Drive.
No injuries were reported.
Similar smash-and-grab robberies have plagued jewelry stores across Los Angeles County in recent months.
