Johnson and Johnson Vaccine Pause Comes Amid Expanded Eligibility

U.S. health officials are recommending that vaccination sites temporarily stop using the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine after a small number of people experienced a rare and severe type of blood clot after getting the one-dose shot. Michelle Valles reports April 13, 2021.
