Working on the theory that laughter is the best medicine, comedians spent 30 hours between Tuesday and Wednesday trying to tell 10,000 jokes to help a teenager with cancer. Cary Berglund reports from Hollywood for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on April 25, 2012.
