Man claiming to have bomb climbs down from Santa Monica Pier Ferris wheel

After about two hours, a man who claimed to have a bomb and climbed the Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica Pier finally came down and was arrested. Eliana Moreno reports Oct. 9, 2023.
