Man Shot in Leg at Santa Monica Pier Parking Lot

The shooting happened around 10 p.m. and the man was taken to the hospital in an ambulance according to the Santa Monica Police Department. Darsha Philips reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2019.
