Man Wanted in 6 Attacks Targeting Women in East and Downtown LA

Police have confirmed that Sergio Garcia, the man suspected to be behind the violent assault of a 67-year-old woman in East LA, is also responsible for five other attacks targeting women in East and Downtown LA. Alex Rozier reports for the NBC4 News on July 20, 2023.
