Man who attacked Brentwood mother out on bond

A Brentwood man who attacked a mother while she was walking her newborn baby is out of jail on bond and back in the neighborhood where he brutally beat that young mother. Darsha Philips reports for NBC4 at 11 p.m. on July 22, 2024.
