Memorial Grows For Man Fatally Shot While Walking Dog in Mid-City

Just before sunrise Saturday morning a security camera captured the moment a driver in a dark colored sedan driving in Mid-City gets out, approaches a man walking his dog, and opens fire. Darsha Phillips reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on March 12, 2022.
