When a gas station meter keeps rising long after you've stopping pumping fuel, that's called meter creep. A West Covina man caught an example on camera that made him do a double-take.

A West Covina man was in disbelief. He whipped out his camera to record a gas station meter that kept racking up charges long after he stopped pumping fuel. Here's what it took for him to get a refund for a serious case of meter creep.

Cellphone video captured a problem at the pump that left a customer in disbelief. Watch as the meter keeps going, even though the customer stopped pumping gas.
