The victim of a shooting that prompted the evacuation of the Westfield Culver City mall Thursday night is hospitalized in critical condition.
The man suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to a hospital, according to the Culver City Police Department.
The shooting was reported at about 7:40 p.m. and occurred inside the mall near a JCPenney store when the suspect brandished a gun and fired at the victim during a three-man dispute, police said.
The suspects, who remain at large, were last seen running towards the mall's exits.

Police evacuated the mall and established a perimeter to conduct a search for them.
