A body, believed to be that of a man, was found in a Palmdale residence that was the scene of an arson fire over the holiday weekend.
The body of the unidentified person, was discovered in the 1700 block of Autumnmist Drive, said Deputy Aura Sierra of the Sheriff's Headquarters Bureau.
Investigators are still trying to figure out the circumstances of the person's death and are treating the case as a homicide, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner's office.
