Police arrested a man suspected of being the driver behind the wheel of an SUV in a high-speed chase in the San Fernando Valley on Tuesday.
The chase ended at North Avon Street and North Hollywood Way in Burbank.
The man had abandoned a white SUV in an underpass and climbed stairs to surface streets where police were searching.
The chase started on a stolen car call.
