The Fiat was seen flashing its hazard lights as it cruised southbound down the 110 Freeway.

The Fiat traveled at moderate speeds on the freeway amid light holiday traffic before pulling off and into the San Pedro area.

The driver became trapped after entering a cul-de-sac at W Oliver Street and Leland Avenue.

The female driver left the car, following officers' instructions, and was taken into custody.

One female and one male passenger also complied, lying on the ground like starfish before officers detained them as well.
