A driver led police on a pursuit in the Ventura area late Wednesday.
When Ventura Police managed to stop the driver, he stuck his feet out of the window to reveal he had no shoes on.
His vehicle rolled occasionally while talking with police in the standoff.
He exited the black sport utility vehicle to reveal he also wasn't wearing a shirt.
At one point, the driver was traveling at 100 miles per hour, swerving all over the road.
The entire ordeal ended at Alverstone Avenue and Rainier Street.
The driver kicked while being taken into custody at 11:40 p.m.
