One Arrested at End of Chase in South LA Neighborhood

A driver was arrested Tuesday night after a chase ended in a South Los Angeles neighborhood.

The chase began after a report of a reckless driver.

The SUV, which did not have its headlights on during the night-time chase, appeared to run over a spike strip. At least one tire was damaged.

The driver stopped a short time later and surrendered.
