A San Fernando Valley boy exclusively told NBCLA that Mario Edgardo Garcia Aquino charged in the death of a 13-year-old drugged him and sexually assaulted him in 2024. Karma Dickerson reports for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2025.
