Thieves use fake ID's, QR codes to steal new laptops in LA and Orange County

A Yorba Linda man is the latest victim to the recent series of pricey laptop thefts in Southern California, where thieves are using QR codes and fake ID’s to impersonate the customer. Hetty Chang reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m.
