Two boys were killed after they were struck by the driver of a car Tuesday night on a Westlake Village street.
The crash was reported near the intersection of Triunfo Canyon Road and Saddle Mountain Road.
The victims' ages were not immediately available.
A child's scooter and helmet were located at the scene. A car near the intersection appear to have significant front-end damage.
Residents said drivers often speed through the neighborhood, ignoring people in crosswalks.
The 57-year-old driver was arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter.
