A magnitude-3.1 earthquake was reported Thursday morning about eight miles west of Malibu.
The quake was reported at 10:08 a.m. Light to weak shaking was reported in Malibu, Agoura Hills, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks and other locations, according to the USGS.
