Motorcyclist Killed in Fiery Angeles Crest Highway Crash

Video from the scene showed at least one car on fire and towering column of black smoke

One person was killed Thursday night in a two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle on Angeles Crest Highway in the Tujunga area, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported about 7:10 p.m. near mile marker 32.50, south of Angeles Forest Highway, CHP Officer Alex Rubio said. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, he said.

Video captured by a witness showed at least one of the cars on fire near a curve on the winding mountain road north of Los Angeles. 

The victim was identified Friday by the coroner's office as 26-year-old Charles Tseng.
