Eight Mazdas were stolen from a popular car dealership in Mission Valley Saturday morning, police confirmed.
A manager at John Hine Mazda said a team of thieves rammed down a gate of the dealership off Camino del Rio South near Westfield Mission Valley Saturday morning and drove away with eight cars.
Police confirmed they were investigating a break-in that happened sometime before 7 a.m.
The manager said the stolen cars were in the back of the shop being serviced and that computers and tools were also taken.
John Hine, the car dealership’s owner, told NBC 7 surveillance video caught the theft on camera. The video was handed over to police.
Just a few weeks ago Courtesy Chevrolet was also robbed.
The San Diego Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership said they've added extra security in light of the recent break-ins.
