Alleged Escapee Charged With Hospital Patient's Murder

An Oklahoma City burglary suspect who was taken to the hospital after he was arrested may have caused the death of another patient. On April 9th, Jimmy McCoy was allegedly involved in a burglary. He was arrested, then taken to the hospital after suffering an apparent seizure. He reportedly ran from his room down a hallway into another patient’s room where he jumped on the patient in an attempt to climb through the ceiling. Five days after the incident, the hospital patient died and McCoy has now been charged with his murder.
