WATCH: Baby Penguin Born in Zoo

The Rosamond Gifford Zoo in Syracuse, New York has officially welcomed one of its newest residents: Lucia, one of the three baby Humboldt penguins born a few weeks ago. The zoo plans to hold a contest to name the two remaining baby penguins.
