Months after Russian forces invaded Ukraine in February 2022, air strikes and fighting continue to leave areas of damage and devastation across the country. Even the capital city, Kyiv, has not been spared as missiles left craters on homes and children's playgrounds.
Schools, shopping malls and other vestiges of normal, every day life across Ukraine continue to be disrupted as Russia ramps up missile attacks. The latest wave of strikes were launched following an October 8th explosion that destroyed Kerch Bridge -- Russia's sole link to annexed Crimea.
