Biden Swears Senate Into Office

Vice President Joe Biden swore in the first group of senators of the 115th Congress on Jan. 3, 2016. Twenty-four of the 34 senators sworn in are Republicans, with the GOP controlling the chamber by a 52 to 48 margin.
