Former Security Official a No-Show at Impeachment Hearings

Former Deputy National Security Adviser Charles Kupperman failed to appear to testify before three House congressional committees on Monday morning. Dr. Kupperman’s attorneys filed suit with a federal judge on Friday, asking for his deposition to be dismissed as it conflicts with his duties to serve the president’s office.
