DC Delegation Casts Votes for Rubio, Kasich; Trump Gets Votes Instead

Delegates from the District of Columbia declared their votes would be split between Marco Rubio and John Kasich, but due to the DC convention rules, any remaining votes were bound to the lone candidate nominated on the floor.
