Heidi Montag agrees with the rest of the world: Her marathon plastic surgery session last year was a disaster.
The reality TV star had 10 procedures done on her on one day a year ago, including botox, lip injections, a brow lift, a nose job, a breast augmentation, ear pinning and liposuction. While most objective observers found Montag perfectly attractive before the battery of operations, she says the work left her feeling "like Edward Scissorhands."
"Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did pre-surgery," Montag told Life & Style. "This is not what I signed up for."
The magazine reports that Montag has scars under her chin, two small bald spots, a jagged line from ear-pinning surgery and lumps on her legs, butt and lower back from liposuction.
"The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable. But the absolute worst is on my breasts, and the scariest is below my butt cheek," she explains. "People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body."
The man who performed the surgeries, Dr. Frank Ryan, died in a car accident in August. After his death, Montag called him "the most amazing person I've ever known."
But regardless of her feelings about Ryan, Montag now wishes she never went under his knife.

"I would love to not be 'plastic girl' or whatever they call me. Surgery ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world. I wish I could jump into a time machine and take it all back. Instead, I'm always going to feel like Edward Scissorhands."
