The man who discovered the remains of 2-year-old Caylee Anthony has sued her mother, Casey Anthony, for defamation. Roy Kronk, a former meter reader, found Caylee’s body in the woods near Anthony’s home. He alleges that Anthony and her lawyers falsely described him as a killer and child snatcher, Reuters reported. Kronk’s suit also accuses the National Enquirer and bounty hunter Leonard Padilla of defamation. Since being acquitted of murder in July, Anthony has also been sued for defamation by a woman who shares the same name as a fake nanny Anthony initially told investigators had kidnapped Caylee. A non-profit group that helped in the search for Anthony’s toddler is also suing the 25 year old.
