The driver in Spain's deadly high-speed train crash was on the phone and going 95 mph when the train derailed, court documents show, NBC News reported. The train was going as fast as 119 mph seconds before the brakes were activated and the derailment happened, black-box data recorders also showed. Seventy-nine people died in the crash and 69 remained hospitalized Monday, with 22 in critical condition, according to Reuters. Driver Francisco Garzon has been charged with 79 counts of negligent homicide. Spain's royal family were among the mourners at a Mass Monday in Santiago de Compostela.
