Gavin Newsom: If Someone Kills, We Don't Kill, We're Better Than That

Gov. Gavin Newsom says he sat down with victims on all sides of the issue of death row. “I know those things people think are eye-for-eye, but if you rape, we don’t rape. And I think if someone kills, we don’t kill. We’re better than that.”
