Senator's “Frozen” Ringtone Interrupts Hearing

Sen. Pat Roberts (R-KS) apparently forgot to put his phone on vibrate, and the chorus of the Oscar-winning song “Let it Go” started playing when he got a call in the middle of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack’s testimony during a Senate Finance Committee hearing.
