San Francisco Working to Ramp Up Plastic Bag Ban

The City of San Francisco is on its way to ramping up its plastic bag ban. It would change the way you use plastic bags at big supermarkets, corner grocers and even farmer’s markets. And it sailed through its first reading at the Board of Supervisors. Sam Brock reports.
