Shark Bites Surfer at Jacksonville Beach

A teenage boy was bitten on the foot and ankle while surfing at First Coast beach in Jacksonville, Florida, in the second incident of its kind on the beach. Witnesses say the boy was swimming back to shore when he was attacked.
