Spicer Blames Dems as Senate Remains Split over Gorsuch's Nomination

White House press secretary Sean Spicer on Monday blamed Democratic senators for an attempted block on Judge Neil Gorsuch’s nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court. Republican senators are considering a rule change to get Gorsuch on the high court.
