V.P. Biden Does “Parks and Recreation”

On the November 15 episode of “Parks & Recreation,” Leslie Knope will meet the man of her dreams: Joe Biden. Biden filmed his appearance back in July when “Parks” was filming in DC. In the the episode, Ben takes Leslie back to DC to collect his things … and give her one heck of an engagement surprise.
