Owner “Can't Explain” Pit Bulls' Attack on 84-Year-Old Woman

The owner of pit bulls that brutally mauled an 84-year-old woman in Yurupa Valley, Juan Ortiz, says he doesn’t under why the dogs attacked the neighbor. The woman suffered severe injuries and the dogs were euthanized by animal control. Jacob Rascon reports from Jurupa Valley for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Jan. 17, 2013.
