Police Seek Suspects Caught Stealing Packages in Glendale

Both suspects are described as Hispanic and in their 20s.

Police have released video of two suspects stealing packages from the front porch of a home in Glendale.

The theft occurred sometime between June 6 and 9, according to Glendale police. The address was withheld at the resident's request.

In the video, a woman is seen walking up to the home's front steps, picking up a box and tossing it to a man standing in the front yard. The woman then takes a second box and the two flee the scene.

"On June 8th at 1:46 p.m., a second package theft involving the same female suspect occurred in the 500 block of Solway Street," according to a police statement. "A black 2016-2018 KIA Optima was seen slowly passing the residence. Shortly after, the female suspect quickly walked up and grabbed two packages from the porch and ran off."

Both suspects are described as Hispanic and in their 20s. The woman has an average build, long dark hair and wore a blue T-shirt, blue jeans and white high-top sneakers with dark laces.

The man has a moustache and wore a black baseball cap and white T-shirt.

Anyone with information about the thefts or the suspects was urged to call the Glendale Police Department's Burglary Division at (818) 548-2097.
