Prosecutor Fears Death After Murderer's Recommended Release

Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney John Lewin says he is stunned after a California parole commissioner recommended the release of a convicted murderer who allegedly threatened to kill the prosecutor and his family upon his release from prison.
