Sick Puppies on Fake Rescue Site Get New Leash on Life

Police say she set up a fake rescue site, then sold puppies with viruses and parasites for $400 each. Now that woman is behind bars and the dogs are going to new homes. Vikki Vargas reports for the NBC4 News on Wednesday, March 22, 2017.
