Mikaela Shiffrin suffers abdominal puncture wound but no bone or ligament damage in World Cup crash

Mikaela Shiffrin suffered a deep puncture wound on the right side of her abdomen and “severe muscle trauma” during a scary crash in a giant slalom race.
