There won't be a first-time Super Bowl champion this year.

The No. 2-seeded Buffalo Bills saw their chase for the franchise's first-ever Lombardi Trophy come to an end in the AFC Championship Game, where they fell to the No. 1 Kansas City Chiefs.

Buffalo was one of five Super Bowl title-less franchises in the initial 14-team playoff field and the only one to make it to Championship Sunday.
