Styrofoam Ban Mulled

In Culver City, residents and environmentalists want to ban styrofoam in the city due to the pollution it causes. The California Restaurant Association, however, says banning the product is an overreaction. Gordon Tokumatsu reports for the NBC4 News at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2016.
