A man was arrested Thursday after he allegedly struck and killed two road workers by a car on an Orange County road.
Hipolito Paez-Vazquez, 30, was arrested in suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol, according to the Orange Police Department.
The crash happened just before 9 p.m. at East Santiago and Jamboree roads in Orange, officials said.
Paez-Vazquez stopped and was cooperated with the investigation. The two people who died were near a construction zone.
