Huntington Beach Boy Had Meth in Sysytem

A little boy trick-or-treating near Huntington Beach was sent to the hospital where doctors found methamphetamine in his system. Police are trying to determine if the drug was from candy he received on Halloween night. Vikki Vargas reports from Huntington Beach for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, 2013.
