Afternoon Weather Update: Monday, Dec. 17, 2012

Another wave of a wintry storm hanging over the Southland is set to arrive late Monday and last through Tuesday afternoon. NBC4 forecaster Fritz Coleman says rather than the rain, the most significant facets of this storm will be cool temperatures and gusty winds.
