Anger and Protests Over LA City Hall Racist Controversy

Protesters gathered outside City Hall while a City Council meeting was taking place. The protests were peaceful but at one point demonstrators blocked traffic forcing LAPD to shut down Main Street for a couple of hours. Darsha Philips reports for the NBC4 News on Oct. 11, 2022.
