Arson Suspect Shot and Killed After Massive Manhunt

A 19-year-old Torrance man accused of burning his ex-girlfriend’s apartment with his 2-year-old son inside and then burning his mother’s home was fatally shot by police. The boy survived. Hetty Chang reports from Torrance for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013.
