Authorities Investigate Motive for San Jose Shooting

Santa Clara Sheriff Laurie Smith said the shooter was armed with at least three guns and possibly more. Investigators also found explosives inside his home and believe he set a timer, so a fire would start at his house the same time he would start shooting at work.
