Barricaded suspect surrenders in South Los Angeles

A barricade situation on South Central Avenue near the 10 Freeway ended peacefully Monday after nearly 6 hours of negotiating between police and a man they say was having a mental episode. Anastassia Olmos reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2024.
